What is a CIP Code?

Classification of Instructional Programs (CIP) are defined by the National Center for Education Statistics and may not be changed without explicit permission from the CSU Chancellor’s Office as it has many links to other areas that would be compromised. Contact the Office of Academic Programs office for more information.
